The film reunites Riggs with Jason Douglas from Walking Dead, who portrays Jack Baker, the patriarch of the Twisted Family, alongside Mary Rachel Quinn, Eugene Bondurant, From Hunger Games, Jonathan O'Neill from The Pit, and newcomer Sam Coyles.

Biohazard began as a passion project driven by the desire to bring the isolated, intense, gripping story of Resident Evil 7 into live action.

The production team spent days transforming Arturo Fuente's original cigar factory in Tampa Bay into a full-scale section of the Baker Estate, creating a practical, immersive environment specifically for the production.
