Councillor Ethan Stephens says the aim is to turn conversations into action, with councillors already following up on issues raised and planning more community engagement sessions in the future.

My name is Ethan Stephens with a PH and I am the Mayor of St Austell.

One of my biggest gripes with everyone, and this I will not exclude anyone, is that when we all complain and we don't do anything to help it, right, it's very easy for everyone to say, oh, I don't like this.

Okay, but what is your plan? What would you like to see? come and tell me because I want to hear about it.

I genuinely do.

That's why I'm here, right? That's why I'm here.

That's why we've given up our mornings is to come and hear what ideas everyone has and what you would like to see.

and without those we wouldn't be able to do half of what we can achieve as a group of people.
