Oh, maybe it was, uh, The Last Movie Stars.

Yeah.

who is much more reserved and kind of introverted and shy.

But I thought of Williams because it reminded me a little bit of the Ethan Hawke, Robin Williams dynamic in Dead Poets Society, where you have this very kind of inward person who's sort of being brought to life by this boisterous adult.

And so that's a really wonderful relationship.

But there are so many sequences in this where I was just like, I can't believe how good this is.

Mm.

But I think were, if they could make it out and, like, have a relationship, you know, I see this going the way of, like, Sinister, you know, Ethan Hawke in Sinister.

Like, this is not gonna turn out good because I think this guy has got some fundamental problems with the way he views and treats women, and I just don't think these two people [laughs] are in a place to have a real conversation about that.

And I don't, I don't think it's gonna turn out very well.

But they did like 500 auditions before they had the group of boys established.

And one of them was Ethan Hawke, like a very young Ethan Hawke.

um and he apparently so as i've talked about with other movies robin williams has worked on he cracks a lot of jokes while they're filming he does his impressions and apparently ethan hawke didn't like that um but um robin williams basically like hyped ethan up to his first agent that would like go on to sign him so it's like you need to like respect your elders.

Yeah.

I wonder if he was like, I'm a serious actor.

I'm going to be talking about Coyote vs. Acme.

the movie that's been out for a few weeks as I'm recording this, and we're also going to talk about a movie that's just coming out, which I got to see as a Monday Night Mystery, The Wait, with Ethan Hawke.

And then the new Blu-ray release, you might have heard Ansel Farage and I talking about The Odyssey a while back, and we talked about how Theater Fantastique, The complete three seasons Blu-ray was coming out, and we're going to talk about that too.

So I hope you guys enjoy these three different things we're going to be discussing.

So I was actually very happy because I'd seen the trailer prior.

And as you can tell, it's a movie that's basically imprisoned in a labor camp run by an unscrupulous overseer, which is played by Russell Crowe.

A man, Ethan Hawke, becomes entangled in a perilous gold smuggling scheme in his pursuit to regain custody of his daughter.

Uh, The movie, I mean, literally, as you're hearing this, is coming out this weekend.

It was already already been done in a documentary.

It was an Ethan Hawke movie many years ago.

That's the best thing I've seen recently that but it wasn't even at a theater.

Yeah.
