But I can't speak to whether or not it's going to be a sweep, but I can speak to which one's going to be moving on at this moment because I am going to put Eternal Flame out of its misery.

It's a very pretty tender ballad, but like we've said with a couple others, it just never truly brings the power, whereas in Total Eclipse of the Heart, the Bonnie's just, the way she brings the vocals, you can practically hear her voice being destroyed as she goes, and she's just like, fuck it, I don't care, and she just powers past it and continues to bring it.

Always a fan of Susanna Hoffs.

She'll sing a little Manic Monday, Eternal Flame, stuff like that.

story is that the prince wrote that song for her, Manic Monday.

But who is Bonnie going to be matched up in our next round? We have the four seed of, look, more flames.

These are both songs that I feel like are somewhat misfits within the world of power ballads because they build, but they build differently than a lot of the other songs.

A lot of the other songs build with either guitars or they build with vocals.

Eternal Flame builds almost entirely based on its drumline.

It's a song that doesn't necessarily... have the guitar or the vocal built.

Susanna Hoffs never stopped making music, though, and now she's about to release her first album of original songs in more than a decade.

I admire her so much, and I'm so sad for her passing, and I will always be a Dolly Parton fan forever.

Well, I said that it was my favorite song of yours for a reason, and I think it sums it up by saying she's also an eternal flame for all of us.
