Esther Armah

Hello, and welcome back to Before I Go.

We're going to go right into part two of this conversation with our amazing guest, Esther.

We had to split this into two episodes because for me, this couldn't be cut down.

This conversation, we can't edit it down to less than an hour.

You know, there are times as an indigenous woman or a woman of color, I feel burdened by the many, many things we carry.

But feeling empowered, feeling stronger, I mean, it's, I think like you said, like feeling like you're seeing and you're heard and how incredible that is because, you know, our shared experiences, you know, around the world, as people of color is something that we can empower one another.

That this, the work that Esther does just sort of identifies a lot of the issues that we go through also in Canada.

And that this is a global experience that colonized countries have a shared experience of colonization and how it affected our people.
