Green, and what other barriers do we have to consider?
31:03
You know, from the from the payer side, I think we have, you know, the quality metrics that kind of draw from both HEDIS and the STAR measures around targeting eye exams in patients with diabetes and making sure that the right people know about that.
31:20
So hopefully close that gap.
31:23
I know sometimes the data might be in another benefit or somewhere else.
31:28
So there might be a lot of, false positives for some of these patients to be screened that might not come back to the health plan.
31:35
But we typically, especially on the Medicare side, we might already be talking to these members around some of their adherence around either their diabetes medication, cholesterol meds or hypertension medications.
31:47
That's something easy to work back into if there is that gap, making sure that they are getting the appropriate screenings and get them in to see a see a physician just so they're properly evaluated and treated.

And Dr green, I'm going to come back to you to wrap up the discussion here with 1 final question and that is what are some of the best practice strategies that payers should consider implementing to support optimal patient outcomes and retinal diseases.
