Essence Scatter

This is one of the other exciting blue comments.

Like, there have been recent sets... quite recent where essence scatter was the best blue common or you know second best or whatever and this is functionally the like very very similar to essence scatter plus upside like yeah Yes, it's true.

Sometimes you have Essence Scatter in the late game and they cast a creature that they could have three extra mana for and it would counter it and this wouldn't.

But that's not what made Essence Scatter good, right? It's countering their three drop when you're on the draw is what makes Essence Scatter amazing.

This does that too.

And then sometimes, you know, when Essence Scatter isn't that good in the late game, you can just sort of cycle this to win a combat kind of thing.

I guess it doesn't cycle, but you trade it to win a combat or something like that.

Pretty good.
