for my single individuals out there who do not have children, have you thought about who is your next of kin? Is it your sister? Is it your brother? Is it your mother? And is that who you desire it to be? So when you're asking me, is a will a bad thing? A will can be a great thing because it can prevent unintended errors from inheriting your property so it's not terrible it's been used for centuries but a will is a document that will have to go through a probate process because it has to be authenticated as your wishes and once that's done court oversees to make sure that your wishes are adhered to It's not a bad document.
