[gentle music] Okay, so let's start with a person, community, or group that sort of helps you sort of navigate those moments.

I would say my church, my little Frant village church community, partly for the religious aspect of it, for sure, for the comfort of the faith, but for the way they've gathered round me and offered me a sense of not just peace and kindness and care, but also stability when my entire life is in flux and is up in the air.

This is one that you might have received or one that you wanna pass on.

A day at a time is what I would go for here.

It's absolutely the most hypocritical bit of advice I could pass on because before everything happened for me, there's, to me, there's, there's just no way I could have done that at all.

But a day at a time it is now and forevermore.

Are you able to look back at your life then fondly, or is that still difficult for you?

No, it's not that it's difficult.

It's that when you say, you know, everyone who looked from the outside, we, we must have looked like a pretty good family, I was about to interrupt sneeringly and say, "No, I'm pretty sure the neighbors heard all the rows that went on from two blocks away." We had, and James would want me to say this, we had a very volatile relationship, and I think it's important to say it, you know, so that people know what these things look like from, you know, from the inside and the outside.

All the posts on Instagram were incredibly shiny and happy for sure.

As you say, you know, Aston Martins in Provence.

James and I went on an incredible Lamborghini driving weekend in Italy in Rimini once.

You know, my children were at private school.
