A 97-year-old man named Norman Greenberg and his 85-year-old wife Sheila claim that Eric and his company Rosalind Capital duped them into spending $2.1 million on gold coins that were only worth 1.3 million, and they are seeking at least $900,000 in damages.

Rosalind Capital, the company, went bankrupt months after the Greenberg's lawsuit was filed.
