Erick Castro

Welcome to Bartender at Large, a show about bartending, booze, and everything in between.

I'm your host, Erick Castro, and as usual, we're joined by some of the biggest names in the industry.

With me today, bartender, spirit specialist, and consultant, Lex Cerino.

Lex, welcome to the show.

Hi! I'm excited to have you on.

I'm glad that you brought this up.

And that was that.

You feel like a lot of times in the bar world, we are trained as bartenders and as professionals, hospitality professionals, to give the guests a lot of wiggle room when it comes to, you know, the way they behave.

So even if you wanted to give more, we don't even allow it.

To learn more, head on over to patreon.com forward slash bartender at large.

Thank you so much for the support and enjoy the show.

With me today, representing a bar that took back-to-back placements on the Best Bars North America list, including number 57 in this year, 2026, two bartenders, Capri Robinson and Princess Johnson.

Capri, Princess, welcome to the show.

Thank you.
