As you've built your career, uh, what's your philosophy of leadership and, and how your leadership helps you balance all of those multiple stakeholders in your decision-making?

Uh, appreciate the question, and I'd say ultimately, uh, my leadership style comes down to stewardship.

In healthcare, every decision we make affects real people, patients, families, and our caregivers.

The consequences of getting a decision wrong can be significant, which in my opinion, creates a different level of accountability that always keeps me grounded.

Uh, what I've learned is that leadership is less about having all the answers, but more about creating those conditions for great decisions to happen consistently.

So again, I'll say consistently.

I'm not going to need to have all the answers, but I do like to have all the information, and that means I have to count on a ton of other experts, so no leader, I think all of us know this, no leader, regardless of tile, title s- has enough information to make that decision alone.

Just one thing that you'd want them to act on that has really made a difference for you in your role.
