When you and I set out to do this podcast based on dream chasing and based on what we feel, what you and I feel are people that are incredible, that have had great dreams and have chased them and done great things with them.

I can't think of another person who is as important to that as the guest today, which is Eric Robison.

And Eric and I have known each other, I would say, you know, I hate to say, maybe 35 years, but we've become very close friends in the last couple of years.

Eric is an amazing artist, amazing storyteller, an amazing architectural designer, and he has exhibited this kind of amazing passion in his art.

And amazingly, about 300 people who got in line as we were signing before we all talked, got free copies of this incredible book.

So Eric's book is out there.

It's called Return to Progress City by Eric Robison.

I wrote the commentary on it.
