Is that a series of emails, phone calls?

We have a very detailed, but... not complicated renewal journey.

It's just like a gravity form.

And it has, you know, the questions that we want, the questions that we feel like are important.

The last question is, hey, you know, I see we have your home.

Where's your auto? Callen calls and you got your home, your auto, your RV and your boat, right? So we created needs boxes.

If somebody's asking you and they're saying, Eric, we're looking to start our cross-sell process, what's the first piece of advice that you're giving them? I

Um, how, how did you, first of all, how did you get through that? And secondly, how do you draw off of that, those experiences, to make you such a wonderful actor?

Uh, uh, well, um, I thought I invented method acting, 'cause I'm eight years old and I realized I could make myself cry by thinking of something that would make me cry.

And so I, I thought I invented method acting.

And, and I, and I, and I told all the older kids about it.

Like, "Oh, guys, I got a great plan." And I would tell everybody how to do it.

Eric, what do, what do you hope that readers experience from, um, your experiences from drug and s- addictions and recovery? What do you want the readers to take away from this, from your story?

How did you, first of all, how did you get through that? And secondly, how do you draw off of that, those experiences to make you such a wonderful actor?

And I thought it was mine up until I got older and found that it was just sense memory.

Eric, what do you hope that readers experience from your experiences from drug addictions and recovery? What do you want the readers to take away from this, from your story?

With Bob.

He wrote an incredible screenplay, and then we shot all the stuff up in Vancouver, and we come down to LA.

We, uh, shot in Vancouver for a month.

We're down in LA now.

We had two days off in between.

I'm living at Paul Jabara's house, which, which is a great big mansion.

Anyway, in the middle of the night, suddenly somebody's banging on my door.

Mm.

Yes.

Um, I got, I got offered that part, and then I was sent, it's kind of a script, but more of a novel, that was 300 and some-odd pages long, by Kurosawa.

It was all descriptive and beautiful.

Uh, it had these two crazy guys who escaped prison together.

They're kind of alike, one's milder than the other, but they're kind of the same package, only one's very young and one's, one's, uh, across middle-age.

And, uh, and, you know, it was good and exciting, but long-winded, hard to read.

Uh, and th- th- then I said, "I can't give an answer based on this." And they said, "Well, we have a man named Eddie Bunker who's writing the script.

(laughs)
