And basically, we're in the business of using... you know, big data and AI to essentially make diagnostics smarter and to help drug companies make better drugs.

Eric LefkofskyGUEST
So we've been in this for a long time and have amassed a really large data set.

Eric LefkofskyGUEST
When these big frontier models showed up, they just were like, we just were fortuitous that they were perfectly designed to help us in our two main businesses.

Eric LefkofskyGUEST
And so we've been pretty active for the past, you know, three or four years at making these models work at scale.

I would love to know, you know, how do you think that the connected data aspect, that first flywheel that we talked about, has changed the relationship now between these stakeholders that they may have been used to in the past in this more bolus fashion?

Eric LefkofskyGUEST
Yeah, I mean, I think it's, look, not as much as you would think, which is kind of crazy.

Eric LefkofskyGUEST
I mean, you know, The three of us, I think, are aligned on technology's impact in oncology and broader healthcare, and we're believers, and we're optimistic, and so we're over here on this side of the spectrum.

Eric LefkofskyGUEST
But in reality, there's still 50% of oncologists, based on a recent study that I thought was kind of fascinating, that aren't even pervasively sequencing their patients, if sequencing them at all.

Eric LefkofskyGUEST
Meaning, they're not even sure genomic profiling matters, even though it is literally up and down the guidelines, you can't go more than three pages without essentially hitting a biomarker.

Eric LefkofskyGUEST
And so I think we just still live in a world where the challenge that we're having is it's too easy for people to say, Great, sequencing patients, whatever, but it doesn't have that much of an impact.

Eric LefkofskyGUEST
Like at the end of the day, if I do this thing or don't do this thing, it's only a six month extension of life.
