Dr. Goldfarb teaches you by not saying anything until you do something wrong and then he kind of looks at you and then you like change the way you do things a little bit and then if you're still not doing it right, he'll take over.

But he likes to get cases done quickly and if you don't keep up with that, this isn't the fellowship for you.

So Dan, can you provide a contrast as opposed to maybe my teaching style, or Eric, you can keep going.
