And it's a big part of why I wanted to bring you this next clip.

Eric Hoji Jorlofsson is one of the people who's become an integral part of that community, a legend in the ski world.

Hoji has been at the last four summits.

And at every summit, you'll find him jumping into group meetups, hanging out at booths, grabbing a drink after hours, giving bits of wisdom on the chairlift, and then hopping on a panel that same evening.
