Eric Greitens

Neither one of them.

Well, Karl Rove reared his ugly head in, in time to corrupt the s- the Missouri Senate race and try to get Eric, uh, uh, Schmitt in over Eric Greitens.

He did that.

That was corruption at its best, election corruption at its best.

And he was mad.

I mentioned in the first hour when we first touched on this story, when she was trying to stop Eric Schmidt from being senator, and she was with that nut job, Eric Greitens, and chairing Greitens' campaign.

Trump was apparently mad over that.

I had heard about that from people in Trump world, personally, in writing that article.

You can't." Uh, wow, Missouri.

Also Eric Schmitt, also Josh Hawley, also Eric Greitens, by the way, uh, but, you know, he's not a part of this particular scandal.

He's got his own.

Anyway, uh, really, the, nowhere less, uh, likely to produce a level-headed person who would, uh, a Republican person, who would, uh, uh, accept and, uh, adhere to the letter of the law or the spirit or any part of it than Missouri at this point.

Y- are you really? So in this conversation, S- Sam says, "One of the things we've just done with Trump, we have an idea for f- for neutralizing him in this really important Missouri Senate Republican primary." There were two candidates in the primary who looked at that moment like they were viable.

One was named Eric Schmitt, and another wa- other was named Eric Greitens.

And Greitens was a true Trumper, and Schmitt was a fake Trumper.

And the question was how you stop Trump from jumping in that election, endorsing Eric Greitens, and possibly sweeping him to victory.

And Sam, he's telling me on this, in this conversation where he's telling me he's gonna pay Trump $5 billion not to run for president, that he has seeded Trump with this idea that what he should do is just say, "I'm for Eric." That there are two Erics [laughing] and that, and, and the argument Sam's people had made, I think through Donald Trump Jr.

to Trump, was, "You don't care who wins, you just wanna say you backed the winner.

... and that guy from Missouri, the-

Yeah, Greitens, yeah

... representative from Missouri made a big fool out of himself.

What a-

But the problem the Republicans have is when you have people like Karl Rove, who's actively working against Ken Paxton in Texas.

It's hard to believe the Republican message when you've got this ass clown who submarine the candidacy of Eric Greitens in Missouri with his lies and his made up stories.

Now, apparently setting his sights on destroying Ken Paxton.

You know, when you've got a guy who's got multiple girlfriends and $200,000 worth of improvements in his house from a corrupt business guy for whom he does favors.

You're such a prick.

Karl Rove is such a prick.

When he did what he did to Eric Greitens, which was all made up of lies in cahoots with Greitens' ex-wife, I called Karl Rove to have him come on this show.

I told him what I wanted to talk to him about.
