Retired lawyer

2:28
What was your goal with coming out with this new information, and what do you think is going to happen next?
2:34
Well, my goal was to use serving Kimberly Guilfoyle up on a silver platter to get some attention to the Dr. Durrani victims, 580 victims of unnecessary spine surgery.
2:46
All I want is Dr. Durrani to be extradited from Pakistan in an investigation.
2:52
And I gave the administration an opportunity to help these folks, and they didn't.
2:58
What I'm going to do next is two major things.
3:01
Number one, I have drafted tonight, and it will be filed tomorrow, Thursday at the latest, a defamation lawsuit against Kimberly Guilfoyle and her lawyers for saying that the text messages were fake and then claiming that I was a known blackmailer and then claiming that I owed her money.
3:20
So I will be suing all of them in Kentucky by Thursday.
4:30
Is there someone else you're going to serve up on a silver platter to get what you want?
11:16
T- tell me.
11:17
Here is a great story.
11:18
This belongs in a, in, in the Netflix movie when it gets made.
11:22
All right, so I pi- I'm supposed to pick up Kimberly at the airport at Greater Cincinnati.
11:27
I pick her up.
11:29
Don's flying in from somewhere else to a private airport.
11:32
It's about 30 minutes away.

6 MINS LATER

17:53
Why now? Why is this coming out now?
22:48
... falling out with the Tr- Trump and MAGA.
22:51
One of my favorite quotes is from, uh, the humorist Will Rogers, "The only honest politician who's bought and stay, stays bought." Let's not be naive here.
23:00
Everybody knows you give money for access.
23:03
You campaign for access.
23:04
People without money give support for access.
23:06
So here's what it is.
23:08
580 Dr. Durrani victims, they had unnecessary spine surgeries, including 185 children, and 100 of them have died waiting trials.

12 MINS LATER

35:09
What do you think of that?
25:49
Uh, what have you been, uh, trying to convince them to do, and what's the response been, uh, even as they've asked, uh, her for her resignation publicly?
26:00
Well, the bottom line is, is that this whole happened because Kimberly Guilfoyle, even prior to the $100,000 issue, failed to help me, uh, get some attention for my 580, uh, Dr. Durrani victims who suffered unnecessary spine surgeries, and I wanted an extradition.
26:19
A, a thing I'd like to stress, which is kinda like new, is her big, "I'm gonna defend these false allegations," blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
26:27
Well, she might've survived on the Greece issues.
26:30
They coulda told her to cut it out, but she can't on my issues.
26:34
The reality of it is, is that right before her confirmation hearing, she decided to grift, and that's when she promised me everything.
26:43
But she claims that these are false.
27:14
And what has the White House said back to you about that?
5:09
So why do you think she resigned?
5:11
Because she was gonna be fired if she didn't, and I think Trump gave her that little bit of grace.
5:16
I don't know if you saw it, but at the, uh...
5:18
Trump was leaving the White House just now.
6:02
I- I-

10 MINS LATER

15:44
And you explained she had a big spending habit, but money seems to be just, uh, the central issue for this community, for th- this, uh, these people.
15:52
Let me, let me share something with you.
15:54
I, I was born the son, I'm one of 11 children of a, my father was an attorney, and, uh, he was a man of means, but we grew up on a farm, and we, we established, you know, farm values.
2:20
But are you surprised at all that Trump didn't just outright fire her?
2:25
No, because of the long-term relationship.
2:28
I think he was trying to give her a little bit of grace.
2:31
And I would like to stress this, and this is really important for me to stress, that I had, uh, been a great supporter of Trumpworld, and Kimberly Guilfoyle, had paid her $300,000.
2:44
And Kimberly Guilfoyle claimed to be my friend, and all I wanted Kimberly Guilfoyle to do is to help me help the Dr. Durrani victims, 580 people who had unnecessary spine surgeries.
2:58
And I wanted him to get extradited, and I wanted an investigation of how he fled, and she couldn't even do that for me, and, uh, it's tragic.
3:08
And I also wanna say this, I'm gonna be suing them for defamation.
4:46
Did you ever do any business with her?
1:33
Am I correct? Am I wrong? Absolutely.
1:35
Absolutely.
1:36
I played the game with money and friendship and time and...
1:44
When I came to ask for a favor, and what's really sad about it, Don, and we talked a little bit about this yesterday on the phone, what's really sad about it is you and I might disagree on policies.
1:58
And I always like to joke, I am married.
2:00
This is fine.
2:01
My wife and some of my dearest friends are what I call traditional liberals.
5:26
she's a, oh, say it again.
3:05
So why not bring this out then instead of a year into her position?
3:11
Because I grew tired, and I am tired, of giving the Trump administration, and I want to stress this, it's not just Kimberly Guilfoyle.
3:21
I have been asking for the Trump administration from Kimberly Guilfoyle, J.D. Vance, I can prove all of this, Don Jr., Todd Blanch, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, on and on, to intervene and help these 580 Dr. Durrani victims of unnecessary spine surgeries to extradite and bring back from Pakistan Dr. Atiq Durrani.
3:46
And they've ignored me.
3:48
They just absolutely ignored me.
3:50
And in light of all the hoopla when I canceled Patriot's Day Freedom Fest, I decided to offer up Kimberly Guilfoyle and this story in order to draw more attention to the cause of the Dr. Durante victims.
4:04
I am shamelessly doing that.
4:42
What does that have to do with this case?
29:35
Why are you coming forward with all this now?
29:38
Um, I'm doing so because I've given the Trump administration, uh, from the top all the way down, uh, uh, JD Vance, Susie Wiles, Don Jr., Todd Blanche, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, uh, Kimberly Guilfoyle, an opportunity to help me help the Dr. Durrani victims, 580, uh, spine surgeries that were not necessary, 185 children, 100 of them have died.
30:06
And, uh, I decided, uh, I, I gave them one last chance last Thursday.
30:10
I sent an email, uh, to Susie Wiles, Kimberly Guilfoyle, and Don Jr., and I said, "If you do not set in motion, uh, some assistance to extradite Dr. Durrani back from Pakistan to face justice for these folks, I'm gonna go to the media and see what happens." So that's what I did.
30:28
My motive- In all of this, uh, is revenge-
31:03
Is that correct?
31:04
That's absolutely correct.
31:06
She told me that if I paid, after I'd already paid her $300,000, and she knew I was gonna give her another million dollars if she helped me, uh, with this cause, which she didn't.
0:52
Why are you coming forward with all this now?
0:56
Um, I'm doing so because I've given the Trump administration, uh, from the top all the way down, uh, uh, JD Vance, Susie Wiles, Don Jr., Todd Blanche, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, uh, Kimberly Guilfoyle, an opportunity to help me help the Dr. Durrani victims, 580, uh, spine surgeries that were not necessary, 185 children, 100 of them have died.
1:23
And, uh, I decided...
1:25
I, I gave them one last chance last Thursday.
1:28
I sent an email, uh, to Susie Wiles, Kimberly Guilfoyle, and Don Jr., and I said, "If you do not set in motion, uh, some assistance to extradite Dr. Durrani back from Pakistan to face justice for these folks, I'm gonna go to the media and see what happens." So that's what I did.
1:45
My motive in all of this, uh, is revenge-
2:20
Is that correct?
2:21
That's absolutely correct.
Durrani victims, 580, uh, spine surgeries that were not necessary.
1:19
185 children, 100 of them have died.
1:23
And, uh, I decided, uh, I, I gave them one last chance last Thursday.
1:28
I sent an email, uh, to Susie Wiles, Kimberly Guilfoyle, and Don Jr.
1:32
And I said, "If you do not set in motion, uh, some assistance to extradite Dr. Durrani back from Pakistan to face justice for these folks, I'm gonna go to the media and see what happens." So that's what I did.
1:45
My motive in all of this, uh, is revenge-
2:20
Is that correct?
18:32
Every time I've asked Eric before, he's given the money, so why not ask him one more time?"
18:38
I'm sure that's why she did that.
18:39
I'm gonna tell you something right now, her problems are deepening.
18:42
I'm gonna sue her and her lawyer for defamation.
18:46
They said the texts were fake.
18:48
I actually, two times at the Wall Street Journal, scrolled through my Kimberly Guilfoyle thread not once, twice with them.
18:56
They are not fake.
20:25
Was there, wa- wa- wa- was there, was there a quid pro quo there where-
44:12
Am I correct? Am I wrong? Absolutely.
44:14
Absolutely.
44:15
I played the game with money and friendship and time and...
44:23
When I came to ask for a favor, and what's really sad about it, Don, and we talked a little bit about this yesterday on the phone, what's really sad about it is you and I might disagree on policies.
44:37
And I always like to joke, I am married.
44:39
This is fine.
44:40
My wife and some of my dearest friends are what I call traditional liberals.
48:07
say it
45:15
What do you think she was expecting when she was asking you for this money? I mean, obviously she thought you were gonna give her the money, but why would you give her the money?
45:28
Um, I'm gonna say, I'm gonna tell this story real quick.
45:31
After the 2024 Patriots Day Freedom Fest, I wanted to bring attention to the Dr. Durrani victims, uh, the way Medical Protective, uh, was committing massive fraud.
45:42
I wanted Durrani extradited back here in the United States.
45:46
So what I did, and now President Trump was president, what I did is I told Kimberly, I said, "Kimberly, if you help me draw attention to this, when the case settles I'll give you a million bucks." And she said, "Fine." And she said that she'd start doing all these things for me.
46:02
By the way, my tax issue was not a, a criminal tax issue.
46:06
It's a dispute on a tax deduction.
48:35
Yeah.
1:48
Why did you come forward?
1:50
I came forward because I'm angry, and the reason why I'm angry is because, uh, despite what the Wall Street Journal reported, they, they focused on the wrong thing.
2:02
I am a retired lawyer who is a legal consultant and a financier and strategist in legal cases.
2:11
I'm also...
2:13
I have my own media company.
2:15
Uh, I have been in media for a long time.
2:17
So I am an advocate for the 580 victims of Dr. Durrani.
4:42
So why did she need the $100,000 as you understand?
RoverHOST
166:27
Sounds reasonable.
166:30
So I sinned personally.
166:32
I got this really nice graphic you've seen in Kid Rock and everything.
166:35
And I send this to, I rounded 100 people, 100 wealthy people that I interact with during the course of the year.
166:44
These are business owners, lawyers, whatever, that I work with.
166:48
So I send this out to them all, okay? And I say, hey, appreciate you buying a ticket.
166:53
And a lot of these people say, oh, yeah, I'll buy a ticket, I'll buy a ticket, you know, I'll buy a ticket, blah, blah, blah.
RoverHOST
168:46
It goes
RoverHOST
30:12
Sounds reasonable.

32:31
Now it's big news.
