And, you know, again, 85% of us, uh, have these attachment traumas, but only, I would say less than 50% of us recognize it or know it, and we just think we're wired this way.

We just think, "Oh yeah, I'm, I'm prone toward depression," or, "I have anxiety when I go into a group of people." You know, Eric Berne, the psychologist, a great psychologist, said, "How we are in groups is how we were with our mother."

Hmm.

So, you know, what we're gonna find, um, as you and I talk today, I'm gonna talk more and more about both, um, generational trauma and attachment trauma, help us differentiate between them-

It's, it's called life positions.

It's tied into, uh, a gentleman named Eric Berne.

And the basic description is that let's just take two people for this simple situation, and we're gonna use you and I.

That you and I get to tend to occupy one of three life positions at any state.
