If you watch Equus... you'll see an actor who's fully committed.

Like, he is committed in Equus.

Like, I have problems with that movie, but he is phenomenal.

And he probably should have won Best Actor that year.

That was his seventh and final nomination, and he didn't win.

And but but it's funny because you look at the heretic and then you look at Equus and it's just like, you know, this is an actor who doesn't care.
