I'm joined by two of my colleagues, Josh Weismer, who heads our equity capital markets franchise, and Jessica Goldstein, who's a partner within our M&A practice.

I thought it'd be a nice way to start to talk a little bit about how each of your businesses has performed over the course of 2026.

Josh, equity capital markets appear to have been on fire over the last several months.

Could you talk a little bit about what the current dynamic is within the equity capital markets? Yeah,

And there had been a lot of talk about this year's window.

I think even coming into this year, a lot of people in the ECM market were talking about how the IPA market was going to start rebuilding uh it had seen a few quiet years and 2025 was a bit stronger and this the first half of the year was was all right it was it was you know did did pretty well but i think this was going to be seen as the starting point for this this resurgence and instead it was actually the quietest september since 2012 yeah 2012

With less than a billion, I think, raised.

So yeah, that's Capital Maritime Finance Corp that's coming.

Greece has been a very active market this year.

I think it's seen its strongest ECM performance for several years.

Bankers in the region say they expect a strong finish to the year.
