And also there is another comment from someone who is struggling to get this Commodore 64 port of Doom working on the Epyx fast load cartridge.

So I have seen videos of this running under emulation, and I believe I think it has been seen running on original hardware, but evidently still some issues to be ironed out.

um so but what they started doing was like really nitpicking these contracts for instance epics had a little bit of trouble delivering the comlinks cables uh which is the game link cable thing and that caused atari to withhold two million dollars from epics which makes sense in like a myopic view if you don't keep up your end of the deal then atari doesn't keep up their end of the deal either that makes sense it's like hey you didn't deliver the thing we're not gonna pay you for it right makes sense But Epyx needed this money, and that really caused a lot of problems for them.

Problems that would give them trouble when trying to deliver games, which, as we all know, is the most important part of any game console, handheld or otherwise.

Dave Needle, which is one of the guys that worked on the Handy slash Lynx project, described the situation as one in which Atari would really nitpick if the software Epyx was creating for the Lynx, and then they would withhold... telling epics about the bugs in the game until it was too late for epics to fix the bugs in time for launch and then use buggy software as a reason to not pay epics its milestone payments so it's like that

They have Gemini 3.8 Flash in 4th ahead of Muse Spark 1.3. Fable 5.1 also has the top position in their RSI index.

Epyx FrontierMath Erdos has Astra as the only model to ever solve a problem, getting 2 out of 68, whereas Fable 5.1 got 0.

Astra also dominated FrontierMath Tier 4 at 97.6%, whereas Fable 5.1 was 87.8%, almost unchanged from Fable 5's 88%.

Code Arena came in right at the deadline, with both models impressive, but Astra now on top.
