Collection companies are listed on the RPRA website, including ETRAX Tire Management Systems, All Ontario Recycling, MTERRA Tire Recycling, and Environmental 360 Solutions.

While they refused an interview request on the growing tire stockpiles across the province, the Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority provided Canoe FM with a statement explaining the process for collecting used tires.

The statement reads, quote, RPRA is the regulator responsible for enforcing the tires regulation, which sets out requirements for tire producers to take financial responsibility and accountability for recycling used tires, including meeting recycling targets.
