right so i spent i spent time with slalom consulting here i worked in experience strategy and design so i worked with Enterprise, Edward Jones, Centene.

I worked with some of the largest businesses in St. Louis doing consulting, and I built things every single place, right? So part of consulting is advice, but part is building things to show people how to build more things.

So for myself and my current business, I'll build AI models for places, right? I'll go in and build an incrementality model to be able to show people if I put more money in meta or more money in Google, which one is better served, right? So if I build a model and hand that off to them, they can fish for themselves now.

How long have I been in the collision industry? Some people would say not long enough and others would say way too long.

Now, seriously, 32 years in September, I started with Enterprise Mobility, have had a traditional career path and spent most of my... time working with the replacement division, which if you're familiar with Enterprise, deals with US and Canadian body shops, OEMs, insurance companies, dealerships, fleet companies.

It's how we provide mobility solutions to customers when vehicles are off the road for repairs.

In 2017, when Enterprise Mobility formed Integral, that's when I came over and joined the Integral divisions.

So, Trent, taking a look at the company as it's evolved over the years, you've got Integral and Enterprise Mobility.

And kind of what's the relationship there? I know that one, I believe you're out of St.

Louis and a lot of the Integral is in Wisconsin and Madison, right?

So as a result of that, we rebranded.

We used to be called Enterprise Holdings and now we're Enterprise Mobility, which represents more fully who we are and what we can offer.

So with that in mind, let me now dig into what we do in corporate development and how we see innovation, how we see investments through that.
