So for example, think, this is an old one, but think, like, the documentary Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room.

And then the, um, courts have taken different approaches to addressing this type of use.

So the Ninth Circuit set out the first formal nominative fair use test in the New Kids on the Block case we talked about.
