And I had to reinvent them.

But now I kind of pick and choose what I want to do.

This girl is Precious Obasohan, who was originally from Enniscorthy, but last week she held the inaugural She Women's Health Forum at Stormont, where she brought women together from the Republic and the north of Ireland.

Right, to round off today's edition of the show, we're talking women's health with Precious Obasohan, who is originally from Enniscorthy, who last week held the inaugural SHE Women's Health Forum at Stormont.

The forum brought together health professionals, researchers and policy makers from across the island of Ireland.

But the whole of Ireland has turned its back on Ed Sheeran today.

And his grandmother's actually from my hometown, Enniscorthy in County Wexford.

We've always loved Ed.

We've always respected him.

But, like, internationally she's so renowned.

And I remember my grandmother telling me the story in a way that Irish storytelling functions- And what she kept in the story was that there was this person from Wexford from up the road, 20 minutes up the road, Enniscorthy, who went and studied art and did all these things and became an amazing artist and designer.

She left out the part that she was, like, absolutely loaded.

But I, I-

They included Storm Chandra, which caused widespread floods across the south-east in January.

Not only was Enniscorthy one of the towns hit hardest, it was the 16th time that the county Wexford town experienced flooding in only the last 25 years.

And our reporter Barbara Holmes visited Enniscorthy to hear what happened after the floodwater receded and how the town is preparing for the coming storm season.

The project hit a major roadblock in 2022 when the then Minister for Public Expenditure, Michael McGrath, refused permission for plans submitted by the Office of Public Works because of their potential impact on the local environment.

Any new project now will have to take our changing climate, into account.

The extent of the works here now in Enniscorthy will I think be greater than they would have been say if you planned the scheme say 10 years ago that does mean more dredging more river widening and and realistically unfortunately higher walls higher defence walls as well in the town to allow for that increase in severe weather that we're seeing.
