I've had the experience with the large corporates and now with the job that I do now with being an independent consultant, but working through the Engineering Council, Engineering Professor's Council and Royal Academy of Engineering here in the UK, working with various different companies, I get various different perspectives.

So Tamora, thinking about the ESB and your experience there, like, you know, there are lots of various groups and they want to be heard and they're throwing ideas at the corporation.

Does anything ever come back? Does anything ever get done?

And I would agree with Samora on the dehumanization of this.

I've been in DEI for 17, 18 years now.

I've held national positions all the way from university level up to what I do now working with, as I mentioned before, the Engineering Council and various different companies across the UK and internationally.

Something that I say quite frequently is, That data can give us headlines and policy can help set the stage, but it's stories that connects us.
