Yeah.

So there were a bunch of bills in the last couple of years that have really tried to push the accelerator on nuclear energy developments of all sorts, including ones that have basically fast-tracked permitting and expansion for facilities like the Energy Solutions facility, which, um, conducts disposal of low-level nuclear waste at this point, but it probably wants to do high-level nuclear waste, uh, in the future.

So there have been a bunch of developments like that where we saw industry coming in, basically running bills that would benefit themselves, and we know that Energy Solutions also does a lot of lobbying, um, pays for legislators to be a part of ALEC, for example.

Um, and what we've seen come through is, you know, the state as an entity, including DEQ, the Division of Environmental Quality, um, really tr- take steps to try to create the capacity in the state to do permitting that was pre- previously managed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

So a lot of what they were doing was to s- put those pieces of infrastructure in place to set themselves up so that then they can, in theory, do this in state, manage themselves, because there's this whole rhetoric around, you know, "Let us do it.

I think the best blueprint that we have for that are places like Oak Ridge National Laboratory, maybe places like INL, um, that have had components that work on a lot of different parts of the nuclear field chain.

But what we're l- really looking at is a, claims to be [laughs] a comprehensive campus that would have nuclear components manufacturing, um, enrichment, reprocessing, and specifically called out multiple times in their RFI to the feds, was the desire and intent to pursue both interim and permanent storage.

So waste repository that would store high-level nuclear waste forever in Utah, um, potentially at the site which, which is close to Delta, Utah, it's very close to the Energy Solutions facility.
