All of this is a result of our mitzvahs.

Ki b'sarusa d'letata, because when we awaken the godly energy here by our activities here below, what can we do? What is a mitzvah? First and foremost, l'chayim, to give life, ruach, to the spirit of shfolim, of the fallen ones.

They have nothing.

Dahaynu ma'asa tzedakah, the act of tzedakah.

Hana'asah, which is made, which is done, b'pamim rabis, in multiple actions.

Lahamshech draws down chayim elyonim, heavenly or supernal life force, energy.[speaking in foreign language] To bring about the fusion and the oneness of the energies on high.

I'm an energy healer and I am a soul guide.

And today's episode, we're going to dive a little bit more into the energetic layers of our being and explore how this all relates to our own way of holding and meeting ourselves, especially the emotions, feelings and sensations that are all part of being human and how this also can translate into working and holding space for others.

Recently something happened that really actually inspired me to record this episode today and to talk about the emotional body.

And they are both interconnected.

And when we work on the energetic layer, we don't only look at the physical body, also at the energetic body.

And so the energetic body is made up of seven layers or seven bodies within it that also translate and are connected to the energy centers of our body, the chakras.

We have seven main chakras that run along the spine.

Today, I wanna let you in on a little secret about energy healing, energy work, and one of the coolest and most beautiful parts of this work, and that's the secret power of the healing field.

And what often happens is if we hold space, the field also holds us.

So today, I had a one-on-one call session with one of the beautiful souls who's doing the energy healing practitioner training, a one-on-one practitioner journey to become an energy healer.

But the thing is, I wasn't feeling 100% great today.

I had my accident.

I'm still recovering from it.

I, yeah, wasn't feeling super great, but we had this call, and I was really excited about it.

And so today, we dove into energy flow, and I was guiding a practice for her to really help her start to open the channel to connect to healing energy.
