I think there's a good business opportunity here to provide a similar service than, let's say, online jobs PH does for Philippines.

And actually, I got started as a job board.

I wasn't even in an agency level yet.

I wanted to be the go-to job board for all remote hiring in Latin America.

And it was actually called ASISTO back then.

Oh, yeah.

So that's how I started.

So towards the last months of my cleaning service career, so to speak, I started hiring people from Latin America.

My guest today, Piotr Lewandowski, has been building the infrastructure to answer that question.

He's the founder of QubitsOK.com, which started as a tool for researchers, evolved into a quantum job board, and is growing into something considerably more ambitious, a continuously updated intelligence platform that ingests the entire quant-ph archive, tracks thousands of open quantum roles across hundreds of companies, parses patents and grants and open source repositories, and runs all of it through a custom ontology of five hundred plus tags that he built from scratch.

He does this as a side gig from his home in Poland, which makes his work that much more impressive and also raises interesting questions of what it means to be an outsider analyst in a field that's very good at talking to itself.

I've been a subscriber to his daily paper digest for a while now, and it's one of the few things in my inbox that I actually read, uh, religiously.

Uh, and indeed we, we, we had a couple of great conversations beforehand.

Uh, and, uh, like, thank you for all the support for, for Qubits Okay from the not very beginning of the Qubits Okay, but from the very beginning, uh, of, uh, like our conversations.

So, uh, basically, originally Qubits Okay started as a job board.
