And, you know, obviously it's combining the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority, elements of HMRC on pay and tax, and what used to be the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate.

They have staffed up big time, haven't they? And I've certainly seen an increase in my circle of recruitment businesses and a big increase in the number of inspections.

I think that's quite important, isn't it?

Yes, quite often.

And I mean, you find this already with a lot of those bodies, actually, the National Minimum Wage Team, the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate, Often they are prompted to investigate a business or an agency because of a complaint and they come in and sort of look at whether there's a wider pattern of behaviour.

But it's not, it's absolutely not a prerequisite.
