Uh, but yeah, we'll, we'll see how he responds on, uh, on Thursday and Friday.

Blake Snell was removed in the first inning due to left groin tightness, and it would really be something if Emmett Sheehan winds up back with the Dodgers and makes his start this week after all.

I don't think that's going to happen, but it would be funny.

And now, I mean, it was the entire foundation for why I thought the Dodgers were still the favorites, you know, to win the world series going into the post season.

Yeah, you're missing Blake Snell, then all of a sudden everything changes, right? I mean, and God forbid, it's Snell and Glass now, and somehow you end up, you know, with a postseason rotation that includes like Rokey Sasaki and, you know, Emmett Sheehan, you know, and those guys look like they're nice young pitchers who have made some strides this year, but they are not the guys that you want when the offense has been as inconsistent as it is, when, again, I have no...

Faith in Shohei Otani being able to come back and just kind of miraculously being able to just kind of cure himself.

I mean, he's going to have to go into one of those Dragon Ball capsule things where everything gets magically healed for him to be able to hit.

That would just be so stupid.

Emmett Sheehan was sent back down to the minors, which is weird because he had a couple of good outings.

So I don't know what the Dodgers are doing, but they called up Rokey Sasaki and Chris Bubich.

Both of those guys returned and Emmett Sheehan was sent down to the minors.

Apparently, that's why.

Because both these guys returned, Emmett Sheehan went to the minors.

Um, I did want to say that if anybody noticed Emmett Sheehan did, um, end up, they had a, like a special nine 11 hat for Friday and, um, Emmett Sheehan had lost his uncle.

Where is his name? I want to make sure I do.

it's ticking time bombs.

So you really don't know.

So like Emmett Sheehan and Rocky, you guys need to be ready because you know, the, the, the fat lady may be in on a five.

So, you know, so that, that to me is, is the takeaway.

Um, they just, like they, they have a much deeper, um, stock of relievers that they can lean on, and they also have some, you know, some rotation arms that are gonna slide into, uh, uh, the bullpen, um, as, as the playoffs roll around.

So maybe you see Emmet Sheehan, you know, move back in- into that group as well.

Um, Justin Wroblewski could potentially, you know...

Uh, we'll see how they want to shake out their, their rotation, uh, with, when the playoffs roll around and exactly what permutation, uh, they're gonna go with.

They've had great pitching from the starters the last three times out.

And you go back to Emmett Sheehan against Miami, and then you look at Tarek Skubal here Monday, Yoshinobu Yamamoto last night.

The starters in those three prior games have not given up a run.

And 20 innings.

But look, the Dodgers, they're playing great baseball.

And I know you lost over the weekend, but that was Sheehan pitching.

The team just doesn't hit for him.

Let me tell you, they do for these three guys.

Um, but you can't go full, full on, you know, six, seven inning bullpen games.

Um, and then I think Rokey Sasaki, uh, And Justin Robleski and Emmitt Sheehan are the three names that stream the final weekend of the year for the Dodgers.

I think those are the three guys that they're going to go ahead, have them eat up the bulk of the innings that final weekend because they want to keep, obviously, Snell and Glasnell and Scoople and Yamamoto.

keep them safe, keep them healthy.

And then they can ride guys like Sheehan, Robleski, and Roque at the very end.

And you mentioned Eric Lauer might piggyback with Roque because Roque's coming off the IL.

So I think that's probably a situation there at the end of the year for the Dodgers.
