yes this came out of several conversations with wise school leaders so none of my ideas are completely original you know i take other people's ideas and i distill them and i share them on so well doing came from a very wise head teacher i work with so i'm actually going to distinguish it three ways if that's okay so i'm going to talk about wellbeing, well-doing and wellness.
