Emma Anderson

Yeah, terrible business, really.

I happened to be at a screening of Phil's Lush documentary that he made, as hosted by Emma Anderson, I think a couple of years ago, and we actually watched on what would have been Chris's birthday, which is also in October, and that was really lovely, actually.

Yes, this pretty much puts the end to Lush.

There is a reunion some years later with Justin Welsh and Melastica sitting in on drums.

It was, it was g-

Grimes or something.

Gri- ...

Okay.

Probably Emma Anderson.

How have you been? How have you been? And if I were to ask, who have you seen? Who have you seen? And everybody says it's true, I got myself How does that feel? How does it feel? I can't believe you found the time standing here on top of the world breathing the air and i can't tell you now without a doubt the outlook is bad can't you see the end is near and i haven't even shed a tear and i bet you can't bear to hear that i've mended my heart Thank you.

Sing Sing was a band fronted by vocalist Lisa O'Neill along with vocalist Emma Anderson, most famously from Lush.

Rounding out the group was Mark Van Hohen of Locust and Michael Scrivens.

The album, The Joy of Sing Sing, came out 25 years ago in 2001 and is now getting reissued.
