I have not read that series yet.

I've been a little leery to get my hands on it, but I do think I want to try that series.

I actually haven't heard too many people talking about this book because everybody talks about the other series.

I'm not sure if this is the start of a new series or if this is just a standalone, but this is her newest book that just came out.

I do know that the next Emily Wilde book, I think it's book four, is coming out early next year.

So people are just constantly talking about that series.

Favorite character, so one of the books I read was Agnes Aubert's Mystical Cat Shelter, which if any of y'all read the Emily Wilde's Encyclopedia of Fairies series, same author, super fun, cozy, romantic-y.

And she does an amazing job of making characters out of the cat.

They're not magical cats.

To be fair, it was the cover that drew me in.

That and the fact that it's written by Heather Fawcett, the author of the Emily Wild trilogy I recently recommended.

It hasn't hooked me the same way the first Emily Wild did, but I'm only a few chapters in, so I will let you know what I think.

I've also just finished The Art of a Lie, by Laura Shepherd Robinson.

It was a great story, full of twists and turns, light and easy to read, with enough character development to keep me reading.
