What would you recommend?
20:24
Yeah.
20:25
It's just like I tell recruits when they're, you know, on their visit, what is it, 16, 17 years old, even at that age, like, I don't need you doing anything wild, right? I don't need you coming in here being able to squat 300 pounds.
20:39
Like, first and foremost, I don't want you to get injured, right, and then that plaguing you the rest of your career, and not give you opportunities because you injured yourself doing something, you know, that you shouldn't have been doing or something that you weren't supervised properly doing, right? But what's wrong with doing things like push-ups, right? Pull-ups, just lunges.
20:58
Lunges forward, lunges backwards, lunges to the side, right? Like lateral lunges, cross behind lunges.
21:04
You know, if you have like a physio ball, like one of those big like, like bouncy physio balls, like doing some hamstring, like curls, like some hamstring work on that, 'cause ACLs are a big thing in volleyball, right? So getting like your glutes and your hamstrings strong.
21:17
What's wrong with just doing squats, like bodyweight squats? You don't have to add any weight to it, right? You know, low back pain is a big thing in volleyball, and it's not just your front row players, it's your back row players, 'cause they do hit the ground a lot.
