Can you walk us through how that works?
10:04
Absolutely.
10:05
So from almost 6,000 individual shipments of agricultural goods to Europe that Global Echo examined over a four-year investigation, we started to notice three main patterns emerging in how these goods were being exported as though they were from Israel.
10:28
The first and the most prevalent is what we call the hiding in plain sight method.
10:34
which is a product, I want to emphasize, of Europe agreeing to a system that we believe is absurd and that invites abuse.
10:45
And that is a system by which Israeli exporters are allowed to write that the goods are of Israeli preferential origin, that they are products of Israel, eligible for tariff exemption, even when the consignment itself either partially or wholly contains settlement goods.
11:04
So that is one of the main examples of where the export documentation will indicate that a product is from Israel, but actually it will require customs authorities to look deeper into the paperwork to find out that the goods are actually of settlement origin.

What about Israel's retaliatory measures, such as closing the British consulate in Jerusalem, banning British elected officials from entering the country, expulsions, etc.? Do you think that the UK will budge?
