I'll first take a step back and say one of the things that makes Greater Akron special is that we have a collaborative called Elevate Greater Akron.

For many years, more than 20 organizations, leaders in economic development have worked together to advance some shared priorities.

So as opposed to working in opposite directions or duplicating efforts, we work together in this community.

And through Elevate Greater Akron, we have a number of shared strategies, one of which is what we call addressing the social determinants of work.

In our community, we recognize that there are obstacles that get in the way of anybody in our community finding a job, keeping a job, thriving in a job.

So, you know, Emily, as we think about this work then in Greater Akron, how are we beginning to engage? I know we're focused on the providers right now, but how are we beginning to engage employers in this work?
