But can you start by telling us what flexible learning programs are and why young people typically end up

in these school settings? So they're essentially a type of alternative education model.

Around different parts of Australia, they're called really different things.

But broadly, we tend to use the term flexible learning programs or flexible learning options.

Sometimes they're standalone school sites.

So they might sort of look and feel in a lot of ways like a normal high school.

Um, or they might be embedded into TAFEs or they might be embedded into mainstream school in some way and sort of be a separate stream.

Yeah, so the first thing you can look at is just thinking about where, what are you currently doing to access your workstation.

Usually workstation is the m- the place that people start with.

So how are you logging on to your workstation? Is it a password? Let's, let's update from that password, because that password is not only, you know, a hindrance to your workflow, 'cause what about all those scenarios where, oh, I've forgotten my password.

Maybe this is, like, the 20th password that I've had to memorize here.

Um, and you've gotta kind of disrupt your workflow to reset that password, or if you're in a corporate setting, maybe you gotta call IT and have them reset that password.

So first thing to look at is, is what are you using to log into your workstation? And then upgrading to a, an RFID reader for secure authentication is really very simple.

How do they go about it?

Yeah, I think, you know, when it comes to career transition or career change or just really whatever area or, or, time period you are in your career, it's really important to build out your network.

And, you know, it's something I didn't really, when I first started that self-reflection journey, I really wasn't thinking about that yet.

I think, you know, especially when you're younger and maybe more fresh in the professional environment, it's really intimidating to build out a network.

And especially if you're an introvert.

And so that was definitely something that I had to, I guess you could say, you know, work your muscles with.

It's not, I'm not a natural person.

And if someone listening wants to pivot into a completely different career or feels afraid to start, what step would you recommend the search person take? Yeah.

Usually Sunday night, I send what I call like a buyer guide to my buyers.

So we have buyers in different sale barns all over the country.

Obviously, before the Mexican border was shut down, we had cattle buyers in Mexico.

I buy cattle from my brother up in Canada.

When the price is right, it's definitely not right now.

But so we will buy cattle from anywhere and everywhere as long as they make sense.
