And I did these like daily little short videos, little blogs, basically video blogs.

And and then was sending them back to the North Face and they were posting them.

What, like, you know, Jacopo and Babsy were able to do after they had their competitive climbing career as far as, like, going on to really be great.

I'll cap climbers and like have these cool adventures, go to Pakistan.

You know, I think that's a really cool pathway or gateway or like Emily Harrington is a great example of that.

If somebody who, you know, started in competition climbing, but eventually you are now very elite, high level, strong climber, you can go and apply that to other aspects of the sport and have an amazing time.

Justin is the climbing sensei.

He specializes in movement and technique and mental game and has worked with many top professional climbers, including Emily Harrington, Paige Klassen, and Alex Puccio.

He's also sport climbed up to 514C and freed several routes on El Cap, including Magic Mushroom, which he did the first free ascent of with Tommy Caldwell, a 28 pitch 514A.

He's a great guy, a great coach, and a great climber.
