Honestly, Joel has this magnanimous presence within the workplace where whenever he says go to a meeting, everyone shows up.

It's not necessarily like an intimidation tactic.

People actually want to work and want to help, which is very amazing to see.

He decided that we were going to have biweekly meetings for energy management.

where we would go through our energy baseline model, see the progression, look for any insights as to energy wasting days or good energy saving days and highlighting the opportunities that we've seen throughout that baseline model and all of the analytics.

And then after that, we would go through our project register.
