Um, and it's probably about 50/50 how people choose, um, to get in touch in the first instance.

Um, and some people do come with a very particular question that I will do my best to answer if I possibly can or direct them to, um, the most appropriate place to try and get more information.

Um, most people I will speak to at some point.

Um, and for a lot of people, I guess we have maybe one or two contacts at a point in time.
