Emilio Butragueño

So you had a very... strange queue with lots of famous people just waiting and booing in a kind of funny way when Barcelona Madrid players and directors appeared.

In the middle, yes, it was delayed because of all of that, but you could tell that everybody wanted to be there, including, which is interestingly enough, and well done France Football for that, Real Madrid with the number two in charge of the club, Emilio Butragueño, and of course Mbappé and Diomande.

They were there not knowing that Mbappé was not going to win and not knowing that it was actually going to be FC Barcelona's night with six, if you include Alexia, six winners who have been at Barcelona or had been at Barcelona.

So they left with a very serious face, I can tell you, because they did not expect not to win anything.

I was so proud of my club that they took a stand.

They sent Peri, they sent Butragueño, Florentino Pérez went.

He showed support.

I'm sorry, but like both, uh, like if you, you, if you think something is yours, you have to go support, and if you consider yourself Spanish, and you consider that place Spanish, and if they are under siege, I don't care by who.
