What are specifically sessions that you actually are doing then?

yeah so um so i started this it was like yeah before that season so it was two before that season two years ago so it was more or less two and a half years ago we started working together um and just with the aim to to improve this physical capacity um and like for example one of the main main things is is focusing on on those like VO2 max intervals.
