To actually manipulate the physical world, these digital brains need bodies.

And that transition from the digital realm to the physical environment is known as embodied AI.

The intelligence briefings, they focus heavily on the 26 Shanghai Industrial Expo to kind of really illustrate this shift.

The sheer scale of this expo, I mean, it's honestly difficult to wrap your head around.

a small gathering.

Yeah, right.

But out of all that massive infrastructure, 65,000 square meters, a huge chunk of the entire event was dedicated entirely to robots, featuring a first ever dedicated embodied AI pavilion.

And that dedicated space represents a tectonic shift in industrial strategy, not just a flashy tech showcase.

I wasn't really that aware of how much JD was doing in robotics and in this area, and it's a lot.

Very aggressive, which is really compelling.

They can also be business concepts.

Today, okay, it's a little bit higher level than that.

We're really just talking about embodied AI as a phenomenon today.

which embodies a lot of things.
