Well, so let's get to that.

Reverend Hood, I know you met with House Speaker Emanuel Chris Welch on Tuesday of this week.

What did you discuss regarding the future of Weiss and West Suburban?

So I discussed the pink elephant in the room, CMS.

They don't have to say it because his office is right across the street.

Chris Welch now.

He's the leader.

Speaker of the House.

I think most people believe that the city has to sort of change how it collects revenue.

And there's always the issue of the millionaire's tax, which, of course, Speaker of the House, Emanuel Chris Welch, supports.

And those sort of issues are really in the hands of state lawmakers, not the mayor, not the city council.

However, and I know Charlie knows this probably better than anybody, there is a long and traditional history of Illinois governors and Chicago mayors not getting along even when they belong to the same political party and even sometimes when they have long personal relationships going back decades.

They don't go... into depth and why don't you do this so they don't ask him specific questions they just take his his his small like 20 second comment of like oh yeah we'll look into that yeah you know i want to stand to lower costs for all farmers bs he's increased costs and then he's thrown solar fields on it and and screwed him over on eminent domain and you name it and chris that's where i want to go here because honestly the farm bureau is bad actors too i mean the fact that the illinois farm bureau hasn't endorsed you for election and they've endorsed creeps like, you know, Barbara Hernandez, who gave us the the illegals can have driver's license bill.

They they've put people like they've endorsed people like Chris Welch, who's embroiled in controversy.

And they won't endorse you, a farmer, you know, a card carrying member of the Illinois Farm Bureau.

What what is wrong with these people?

three grandkids on this farm and that now having the fight of our lives in the, in the, the farm Bureau are just as big a pretenders as JV Pritzker and the Democrats, because they're pretending like they care, pretending like they're doing everything they can to fix it, but they need to go in and, um, and, uh, Be assertive.

Maybe it's not in their DNA to do that.

They think that they're going to accomplish something by being nice to the governor, by being nice to Chris Welsh, but it's all a joke.

It's all a scam, and they aren't going to do anything.
