Um, in, in, in, in Constantia, um, and, and, and Rondebosch, in the Bishopscourt, you see, you see a different picture of what you will see in Khayelitsha, what you'll see in Elsie's River, um, or the outskirts in, in, in, in Macassar, for instance.

So how can it be a best run city if you're only looking at prioritizing the needs of the affluent and not looking after the, the marginalized communities, um, on the outskirts of the city of Cape Town? Um, you can, you can pretend about and say clean audits here and clean audits there, but that's not the reality of what's c- what's actually happening within the city of Cape Town.

If you look at, um, the housing projects within the city of Cape Town, how can, how can that be a clean audit if the housing project was stopped, um, in the middle of a project? Um, how do you, how do you, how do you put that on, on, on paper? Um, I think the, the DA-run city of Cape Town are perpetuating a, a, a image of they the best run, uh, uh, uh, metro within this country, but that's not the reality because we're experiencing it on the ground in our communities.
