I want to start by quoting an excerpt of an article from an alternative newspaper published in San Diego.

The newspaper is called The Reader, and it sets the stage for the mediation that I want to talk about.

Anyway, so I think you described well the impact of the content of this, but how did it make you feel? Is this story unfolded? What it was really about, or did you just do your mediator thing and it didn't matter what the content was?
