Ella Baker

And like, okay, here's one thing that happened in our neighborhood, which I feel like just kind of speaks to the weirdness of it all.

So we live equidistant between Whittier Elementary, which used to be a magnet school, and Ella Baker School.

formerly Jefferson, which was the community school.

And I don't know why, but those two schools flipped.

So now Ella Baker, formerly Jefferson, is the community, no, sorry, the magnet school.

It's like a steam school or something.

And then it goes K through eight.

And I sort of now, in the beginning, I didn't have this distinction between work time and project time.

And my principal, having talked to my principal and just older teachers at Ella Baker, they're like, no, they're actually two different things.

In my head, they're actually the same.

In my head, they're the same thing.
